Our Food Pantry serves the east side of Elmira, surrounding communities, and those individuals and families that are going through difficult times.
The pantry is open on the 2nd and the 4th Tuesdays of every month from 6:00pm until there are no more people.
We open our doors at about 5:00pm so that the people can come into the building, where we enjoy serving them while they wait to get groceries. On the 4th Tuesday we give away Birthday cakes to those having a birthday, give away some practical gifts, share the Word of God, and offer prayer all while we get to know them. As we build relationships, doors open for opportunities to minister to their needs.

We serve anyone in need regardless of their income level. We desire to extend mercy as God has shown mercy and grace to us. We believe it is our honor, privilege, and responsibility to serve God by helping meet the nutritional and spiritual needs of others through Christ's love. The New Life Food Pantry Team, motivated by Christ's love, is not only committed to serving natural bread, but also the Bread of Life.
